Nevascas no Japão causa acidente deixando 56 mortos

Avalanches e acidentes causados por nevascas excepcionais no norte do Japão deixa ao menos 56 mortos.
A agência de gestão de desastres anunciou que quarenta e três pessoas morreram ao tentar retirar a neve de telhados ou estradas, e outras sete faleceram esmagadas pela queda brutal de neve empilhada em edifícios. Outras quatro pessoas morreram em avalanches, outras duas devido às condições climáticas extremas.
A agência japonesa de meteorologia explicou que uma camada de neve de vários metros de espessura cobria as cidades do litoral do Mar do Japão na ilha de Honshu, assim como a ilha setentrional de Hokkaido.
